Kanturk Intermediate Footballers Maintain Unbeaten Run

Kanturk Intermediate footballers maintained their unbeaten league run with a 1-13 to 4-4 draw against Youghal on Sunday last 25th March at Mallow. Kanturk face Cloyne in their next football game over the coming week but a date/time has not been agreed as of yet.
This weekend the Intermediate Hurlers return to Action with an away tie to Eire Og on Saturday 31st March with a 6.30pm start.
Kanturk Junior 'B' Footballers had a good league win over Glenlara @ Ballydesmond on Wednesday evening (march 28th) on a 1-15 to 1-02 score line. They continue their league push with a home tie against St Johns on Sunday 1st April with a 4pm start.
In U21 football Kanturk overcame the Newmarket/Lismire combination of Robert Emmetts in the Duhallow quarter Final @ Millstreet on Friday last 23rd March on a 1-12 to 0-09 score line and now face Millstreet in the Semi Final @ Banteer on Easter Sunday 8th April with a 3pm start.
The Minor hurlers have two league ties, at home to Dromtarriffe on Sunday 1st April 12 noon and away to Croke Rovers @ Kilbrin on Thursday 5th April 6.45pm.
In under 13 football after failing to field away to Glanworth on Saturday last 24th March, the team had a great battle with Boherbue on Wednesday 28th March coming out on top 4-10 to 5-06 and now face Thomas Russells at Glantane on Monday next 2nd April with a 6.45pm start.

Also on Monday night next 2nd April our U16 hurlers get their league underway at home to Thomas Russells also with a 6.45pm start.
Some confusion has surrounded the U15 Prem2 hurling game involving Kanturk/ Carrig na bhfear which was listed for Saturday 31st March. The game also appeared listed for Monday 26th March but was not played.  Its not clear at present if the game will be refixed at this stage. Kanturk's next game in this grade is a home tie with Ballincollig on Saturday 7th April with a 3pm start.
